Shipping policy

Each original artwork is individually prepared, carefully packed and shipped with tracking and insurance.

To make international collecting as straightforward as possible, a substantial portion of the cost of professional packing and insured shipping is complimentary and absorbed by the studio. The remaining contribution depends on the size of the artwork and its destination and is shown at checkout before payment.

Shipping rates for original artworks are shown in Swiss francs (CHF).

The rates above represent the collector's contribution toward shipping rather than the full shipping cost. The studio covers the remaining portion of professional packing and transport.

For original works smaller than 60 × 80 cm, the applicable shipping rate is shown at checkout.

Remote destinations, islands and shipments requiring specialised freight may require an individual quotation. Where this applies, the studio will contact you before arranging dispatch.

Switzerland

Atelier collection is complimentary and available by appointment.

Complimentary personal delivery is available to selected postal-code areas in Central Switzerland. Eligibility is determined automatically at checkout. For all other Swiss destinations, insured courier shipping is available at the applicable rate.

Netherlands

Complimentary collection is available during scheduled Netherlands fulfilment periods, approximately once every three months.

Complimentary personal delivery is available to selected local postal-code areas during these periods. Eligibility is determined at checkout or confirmed by the studio. Customers elsewhere in the Netherlands may choose insured shipping from Switzerland at the applicable Western Europe rate.

The next Netherlands collection and delivery period can be confirmed with the studio before purchase. Domestic dispatch from the Netherlands may also be available during these periods, depending on the size of the artwork and destination.

Fine Art Prints

Fine art prints are produced to order and professionally fulfilled through theprintspace / creativehub.

Prints are produced and dispatched separately from original artworks through an international fine-art print fulfilment network.

Shipping charges for prints are therefore calculated separately from original-artwork shipping and are shown at checkout.

Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production, followed by the estimated delivery time for your destination.

Because prints may be produced from different fulfilment locations depending on the destination, customs and import treatment may differ from that of original artworks.

Packaging & Insurance

Original artworks are individually packed using protective materials appropriate to the dimensions, construction and surface of each work.

Professional packing is included as part of the studio's contribution toward shipping.

Original artworks are sent with tracking and insurance or appropriate declared-value protection wherever available.

Please retain all packaging until the artwork has been inspected following delivery.

If an artwork arrives with visible damage, please photograph the exterior packaging, internal packaging and artwork before disposing of any materials and contact the studio as soon as possible.

Fine art prints are professionally packed by the fulfilment studio before dispatch.

Dispatch & Delivery

Original artworks are individually prepared for shipment.

Please allow approximately 5–10 business days for an original artwork to be packed and dispatched unless otherwise stated on the artwork page.

Transit times depend on the destination and carrier and are provided where available once the shipment has been arranged.

If an artwork is required by a particular date, please contact the studio before purchasing.

Customs, VAT & Import Charges

International orders are prepared with the required customs documentation to support a smooth and efficient delivery.

Depending on the destination and shipping service selected, local import VAT, customs duties or clearance charges may apply. Unless explicitly stated as included at checkout, these charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Where available, duties-paid delivery may be offered so that applicable import charges can be settled in advance. Any such arrangement will be clearly indicated before purchase.

Customs clearance is handled by the relevant carrier and customs authority. While occasional customs delays remain outside the studio’s control, all required shipment information is prepared carefully to minimise unnecessary delays.

Remote & Specialised Deliveries

Certain remote destinations, islands or unusually large works may require specialist transport.

If standard shipping is unavailable for your destination at checkout, please contact the studio for an individual quotation.

The studio will always aim to find the most appropriate insured delivery method while keeping the collector's shipping contribution as reasonable as possible.
