Refund policy

I hope you will be completely happy with your artwork. If, however, an original artwork is not quite right for you, please contact me at studio@enthoven.art within 14 days of receiving your order.

Original Artworks

Original artworks may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact me before returning an artwork so that I can provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. As original artworks are unique and valuable objects, all returns must be sent using a tracked and fully insured service.

Once the artwork has been received and inspected, the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method. Original shipping costs and any duties, taxes or customs charges are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Commissions & Bespoke Works

Commissioned, personalised or otherwise made-to-order artworks are created specifically for the collector and cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, except where required by applicable law.

Damaged Orders

Every artwork is carefully inspected and packaged before leaving the studio.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the artwork, the packaging and the shipping label. Please retain all original packaging while the issue is being resolved.

Where an artwork has been damaged in transit, I will work with you to arrange the appropriate resolution.
